Nice car wash place, they were doing their job really good and I highly recommend this place.

I take my two 91 yr old parents cars in every week or two weeks for the $7 after 4pm exterior wash only or the 'Book' Deal that is inside and out for about $15, I usually have a one dollar bill out and visible waiting for my car,,,and get better service. I also insist they clean off ALL bird droppings and am not at all shy about holding them to their promise of delivering a clean car. Once they had to wash it 3 times !!!. I have had one bad experience with the separate Detail Shop, and that was in failing to do a good job in filling a windshield chip and in that case they offered a full refund before i insisted on it. I do like their steam cleaning of cloth upholstery, as some expensive car washes/detailers say they have steam upholstery cleaning, then take you car in back and use a rotary brush roughly on seats !! (Capitola) The Detail Shop prices are very expensive and confusing, but they will bargain and often have sales. Take advantage of the free cider/ hot chocolate drinks !!
