Derek did an amazing, thorough and quick job. He is humorous, friendly and very personable as well kind to others who are difficult customers. His work was excellent and I am very impressed and will refer him as a carpet professionals to my friends and family in the future.

For me, the key to a successful business relationship is trust and performance. That is what I expect and receive from CGT Carpet cleaning. They have been performing their service at a high level for many years, and have become my friends.

I use them every six months. They are always within the promised time and they do a great job. I will continue using them, and recommend them to anybody who is looking for a good carpet cleaning company.

Mr. Derrick's work is exceptional! He is courteous and helpful. He offered to help us in moving our furniture. He is very professional and will for sure ask him to do our next carpet cleaning!
