Dennis is a reasonable guy, he puts lots of efforts into managing the park. It's not an easy job for a large park like this. This is one of the best managed park in Bay Area.

This park stinks. The manager Denis Catilinea, is a tyrant, and harasses tenets he doesn't like. The law firm that owns this park is corrupt, and no matter what, the tenants loses. Especially when, one cannot afford an attorney. I don't advise anyone to purchase a mobile home, or even rent one in this park. They just want their rent money, and does nothing in favor for the tenets. The park management does what ever they want with your money. I lived on lot 120 for 24 years, and ever since this dude Dennis took over, back in 1992, he has made a lot of enemies, with the tenets. Want to buy a mobile home? It is highly advisable not to buy it there, or the one on Umbarger road. I have heard some sad tales about that one too. I lived in Caribees from May 1987 to June 2011. This park has some real stupid and hard rules to live by.. Again, I DON”T ADVISE IT. !!!!
