Worst customer service ever! I walked in manager at register talking to five associate's. I was shopping for shoes so I have to walk past all staff members and actually through the four standing on isle. Only one other customer in store. Not one employee said hello, can we help you!!! I kept walking towards the shoes which is in the back. I thought one staff person would come to help but that was hopeful thinking. I decided to just leave and when I past the staff again still NOTHING!!! UNbelievable. Big 5 doesn't believe in training staff for customer service. Sad this is the service you will always get at this store.
