This class was a faced-paced, in-your-face, roll-up-your-sleeves 3-day approach to learning the art of mixology, bartending, and customer service. Joe made the experience realistic, challenging, exciting and very fun. His great teaching abilities and personable nature really puts you at the center of learning and he gives you all the information and techniques that his needed in the field to make you stay updated, highly marketable and competetive!



Hands down, I had an amazingly great time learning in the faux bar environment with even the music blasting on the last few days that it made my first gig an easy adjustment. I am so indebted to Joe for his incredible life-like teaching techniques, super easy-to-remember recepies, and survival tips of the trade. Moreover, however, I am most thankful for his endless patience and support to see me learn, succeed, appear like a natural and pass the final! And, boy, did it all pay off!

The west coast school of bartending in San Jose is a great place to crunch the basics and gain confidence and skills. Mr Jose Salazar also shared tips that added flair to presentation. Overall, a good experience

Learned a bunch of drinks in a short period of time. Jose was a great teacher who made the class go by quick. It was hands on and fun. If I had to go back and choose again, I would definitely choose Westcoast Bartending again.

Joe's West Coast Bartending school gave me the confidence and knowledge to work behind a real bar and have fun with it. Their customize book helped me navigate through all the cocktails and receive hands on experience that helped me actively learn how to make cocktails. The staff is patient and friendly and they will keep on helping you become an even after you receive your certification.
