I called to get an estimate; Carlos showed up and looked at my trees, along with my neighbors trees. We were going to do all of them at the same time. He gave me his card. He explained that he needed to go back to the office and email me the estimate. It has been almost two week and no estimate. I have called and left messages numerous times on the office phone. I even had them call back (caller Id) and then hang up when I answered. I called them back immediately and then again went right to voice mail. They just don't care about getting additional work or building new customers. I don't think I would ever use this company or refer them because of the bad customer service, no estimate, and didn't follow thru on his word.

Excellent work. A true professional with an artistic flare. Carlos goes above and beyond, he always exceeds my expectation. Arbor Experts has state-of-the-art equipment and gets the job done right. The prices are reasonable and compared to the amount of work effort, they are a real bargain. I highly recommend this company. I have been using them for over ten years.
