My husband sent me flowers for Mother's Day from Almaden Valley Florist and they were the worst flowers I have ever received. I feel bad because he tried to do something thoughtful, spent a lot of money, and this flower shop ripped him off. The flowers died the day after I received them. The owner refused to re-deliver live flowers and/or refund my money. There was absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I would never order from this shop again or recommend that anyone else does. I get nicer flowers at Safeway for a lot less money.
