We had an Emergemcy problem with our class A Motorhome. It is new and had a faulty generator waste pump which was leaking raw sewage. Chris, the owner was wonderful to work with. He worked us into his busy schedule and resolved our problems. The repairmen were knowledgable and professional and very nice to us. My husband has been ill and everyone was very considerate of his needs. It is worth the drive to San Jose to have them do your RV repair or service. Definitely recommend Almaden RV Service

I took my 2005 Fleetwood Discovery for some insurance body work. I talked with Chris the manager of the shop and he made me feel comfortable with his shop. They did a excellent repair it took some time to get the parts but the job was excellent. I have no regrets. Frank Vilimek Milpitas, Ca

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner Chris is rude, arrogant, obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. Last year we took our 1995 Coleman Pop-up camper to have a once over by Almaden RV. We asked them to check all systems, fix a bunk-end and repair a hole in the water tank. We went back two different times because the repairs were not done properly. We finally pick up the camper and once we get it home we hook it up and water starts pouring from the "fixed" water tank. Fed up, we disputed the credit card payment. Once Chris agreed to fix it free of charge we agreed to pay the bill. Fast forward to last month and we return to have the water tank fixed. Chris again agreed to fix it, no charge. We also wanted the electrical towing cord replaced. Both items, upon our review had to be reworked. Once the water tank was fixed we asked them to check all water systems. The water pump, kitchen and shower faucets needed replacement. Additional cost: $500. We said no thanks, put the camper back together and we'll pick it up. Chris suddenly demanded cash payment or we couldn't have our camper. He then hung up on us. He never told us cash only before that moment. We decided to call the police. Two hours later and more conversations, we were told by the police that it was a civil matter. Next day we went back, paid cash, and brought our camper home. Chris, the owner, never made contact with us again. He left all future conversations with us to his nephew and a technician. Horrible customer service and horrible repair work. Do not ever take your RV to Almaden RV!
