if at all possible, avoid this place. not only did they call my sister fat to her face, they are forgetful to the point of being retarded, neglect their properties and their tenants, they are sleazy! I have been dealing with them for almost a year and they cannot remember my name and often "misplace" my rent checks. the only good thing i have to say about them is they have a very nice handyman, if you can get them to get him to come out. they dont return phone calls so expect to make frequent trips down to the office to get anything done. boo to them.
