I did my livescan there 8 months ago for my CPA license. FBI rejected the print so I went back to redo the livescan. They charged me for the DOJ/FBI Fees again. The print was rejected again..So I went back to them to redo it one more time .AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN for all the fees. I didnot know better so I paid. The print was rejected again.



This time I went to the one in Alhambra to redo it and found out, according to DOJ regulations, I don;t need to pay the DOJ/FBI fee again when I redo it. becasue it is "re-submission". VIna Livescan didnot tell me anything about "RE-Submission" and scamed me twice. I also have to wait 8 months to get my license. I don't think Vina know what are doing because I got my FBI clearance with the one in Alhambra in a few days.

I needed to get my fingerprinting for my Notary license, and found this service close to my home. The staff was helpful and everything was so convenience. Before I didn't know about this place and had to go to PCC which longer waiting lines and had to pay for parking.
