I would never go back to this place they are rude rude rude !!!!!!! never again. they didn't let me adopt a cat. they told me that I smelled like wet nalgas! So rude!!

Need to run business better

I paid to adopt a puppy and when i was going to pick it up they told me he had pravo like really? Then why the hell did i wait for a health check and why was he even up for adoption!
