Don't waste your time and money, this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. No one will answer the phone in ANY department nor will they return your emails, text messages or voicemails. I am disgusted and I am cancelling all of my orders immediately!

I purchased 2 leather items and made a mistake in selecting the color. I called customer service and left a message about the issue. Within a half hour I received a return call and the issue was immediately addressed. Professional and prompt service and excellent products

They never answer calls, nor return calls left on voicemail, nor do they answer emails- customer service is non-existent. The sell somE pretty nice stuff, but I will not be dealing with thes idiots again...apparently they are either TOO CHEAP to hire enough people to handle customer service issues, or they just don't give a damn about the customer (PROBABLY BOTH!)

I have issues with an order that was submitted without my consent. An order that arrived where the shirt was torn. And no one will return an email or a phone call. Don't do it, you've been pre warned!!!!
