I signed up with the private counseling with Dr.Sokolsky. It was incredibly supportive, and He taught me how to take off the weight, and keep it off.



I highly recommend this place, it is just in a little Drs. office, and has a good atmosphere. You get weigh ins, counseling, and a DVD with manuel to keep you on track.



I felt like I could be honest because he went through it too.
