THEY TOTALLED MY CAR IN THE GARAGE AND RETURNED IT WITH A SCRAP OF PAPER FOR ME TO CALL PAUL. THE LYING SCUM WON'T REPAY EVEN THE RENTAL CAR! Told me that he would do the repairs. Like anyone should trust this low life. NEVER USE THEM. DONT USE HOTELS THAT USE THEM. Avoid the Beresford and Hotel Beresford.

Looks like I'm not the only one with a Rockstar Parking horror story. Valet stole brand new iPads from a backpack in my back seat. Which means he was actively looking through my stuff for stuff to steal. He was the only person who had access to my car, and he even replaced the backpack when he was done, a normal theif would have just swiped the backpack and ran. I called the slimy owner and asked him to please review his camera system, he said a police report was required before he could even look into it, so I filed one and am now waiting for a report number. This isn't a one off thing, sounds like everyone else says they are a nightmare to deal with too.

We had a rental car for our we...

We had a rental car for our week long visit to SF and had reservations to celebrate New Years eve at a restaurant. We had signed up for valet parking. Arrived at the restaurant at about 740 for the 8 pm reservation. Valet told us to leave car there and they would take care of it. To our surprise we received a double parking fine from SFMTA for $110. Rockstar told us it is all our fault and would take no responsibility for the ticket. They claimed that their valets would have moved the car immediately. So we paid them for valet parking, tip and now we have a big parking fine. I would not use this company at all! I also would give them a negative rating if I could.

These guys are crooks . DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! My sister parked her car her this past weekend and they damaged it and tried to cover it up and never made her aware of it. When she went back to find out if they would fix the damage they said they couldn't help her? I would have given them negative stars if the rating system had let me.
