Provided by YP.comRUDE EMPLOYEE OBLIGED ME TO PAY $53 FOR 2.5 HR PARKING AND INSULTED ME
I parked my car at this parking garage this morning for about 2.5 hours and I paid $53 for it. When I parked, the guy in charge of parking was really nice and asked me what time I was coming back. I said in about 3 hours, and he smiled and said that was ok. When I came back, my car had wheel clamps. He claimed that he asked me to leave the keys inside and that I said I did, which is not true. When I explained to him that he never asked me about the key, he became extremely rude. It was weird. I had no reason not to leave my keys in the car if he asked, so I don't understand why he became so defensive and aggressive. At the end, he pretended I paid a $40 fine to get the clamps removed from my car, plus a $13 parking fee. By the way, there are a few other parking lots in the area for $10 a day. Stay away from North Beach Parking. These people just want to rip you off.
