I placed my order with memebox and puurchased an eye cream that I am taking that they either don't sell anymore or was out of. Needless to say that eye cream I purchased was 20 dollars. So instead of sending me the next best thing equal in value, they sent me a tiny tube of lip balm. Yea that's right... A Chapstick cost me 20 dollars. You can't get in touch with anyone if ur order is wrong cause the are quote on quote backed up and will not be able to respond for a week. That's if they even do respond at all. This isn't the first time they messed up my order. I cannot live with the fact that I spent 20 bucks on Chapstick. Who does that?!?!
