The company's May 2006 acquisition of Bedford Property Investors has extended its operations into Nevada and Oregon. Bedford Property Investors was a self-administered equity real estate investment trust with investments in suburban office buildings and industrial properties concentrated in the Western United States. LBA s headquarters are located in Irvine, Calif., with regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Lafayette, Calif. LBA also operates western markets that include the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and Arizona.
