Super chill group of residents. I signed my lease for this place without first seeing the rooms but I was very pleased with the place on arrival. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and well maintained. Very spacious and nice kitchen and living area.

The RAs are all super welcoming and helpful - always around or a quick text message away. I highly recommend this place for students and others who are looking for a nice budget place to live.

I had a great experience working with this housing company. Last January, I was looking for a room in San Francisco to stay while studying for the Spring 2013 semester. After little luck with Craigslist, I found Latitude 38 Housing Services through my school and called them up.

They immediately gave me several options that suited for my situation. The rooms they showed were close to my school, clean, and all inclussive. I was able to see rooms at 3 properties the same day and signed up for a room the very next day. The room is basic but has everything that I need and I have been very satisfied with my stay.

They are extremely approachable, create a friendly atmosphere with their clients, and take care of business when it comes to meeting the needs of students/business men and women.

Everyone should use them when trying to find apartments, just like I did!

If you're a student in need of a place to stay, I'd recommend getting in contact with this service. The employees were more than accommodating, especially Ping. I'd get on it quick before they reach capacity for fall.

Moving to the Bay Area can be frustrating if you don't have time to look for an affordable place to live in. I used Latitudes services for temporarily housing while I attended school in San Francisco. This allowed me to look for a permanent place without rushing into something that would have been out of my budget.

This company is great. They were super quick to respond and address all my housing needs, they have been very accommodating with my peanut allergy and the steps that had to be taken in the communal kitchen to ensure I wouldn't get sick. I love my room, and the building is in a super convenient location and is a totally reasonable price. I think if you're young and a recent college grad like me it is really hard to find good housing in SF that is affordable but still has everything you need, and this is totally it.

I don't think that this this company gets enough credit. I have lived in Pyramid SF for a few months now, and I have to say I really love it. A lot of my complaints that I had at the beginning of my time here have been addressed and fixed and now its a perfect set up for me. I'm a simple guy, so what I was really looking for in a place to live that was affordable, convenient, and clean. Definitely one of the best deals I've found in SF. The staff is super helpful and friendly, it's in a great location (right near a BART station and 7 minute walk to Market St), and as a huge plus that the people who I live with have actually become really good friends of mine. I think it's exactly the kind of place you want to live when you're young and out grinding away in the most expensive city in the world. It's simple, but does the trick, and really what more could you ask for?

This company is fantastic. The building I live in is great, and they were super helpful in finding a room and getting me settled. The person I talked to responded right away and answered all of my questions. The property is really an amazing deal for SF, and is in a fantastic location right near BART and Market street. I don't think you will find better housing in SF.
