I recently have been diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue, complete with the classic symptoms of unexplained weight gain (I work out 5 times a week); emotional imbalances, sleep deprivation, etc.



After having a saliva test to measure my hormone levels and obtain results of where my cortisol levels, estrogen, progestin,etc. were I was introduced to an amazing Progesterone cream called Pro-Gest by Emerita (a totally natural progesterone cream, that has been clinically-tested and paraben free) for menopause/perimenopause support.



Well, after the first application right before going to bed, I am thrilled to report that I had my first good night of sleep in months! In fact, the next day, I was completely energetic and felt like myself again. What an amazing treatment! Not only that, it feels like the water weight is diminishing considerably.



I also appreciated the fact that the pharmacist, Peter Koshland was readily available to answer my questions. He totally made me feel at ease. It's also refreshing to know that Koshland Pharmacy can deliver the same day to SF or ship anywhere.
