If I could actually give negative stars I would. I walked in here with my boyfriend for both of us to get our taxes prepared today. They greeted him in Spanish and ignored me. When one of the women asked him to come in, they provided him with a chair and had me stand. I was further ignored until the woman rudely asked him in Spanish if I would like to have my taxes completed. I stared at her until she asked me directly. My reply? No, no I do not want them done now. I was going to but not now! I was further ignored for the remainder of the session, aside from the other woman rudely asking my boyfriend in Spanish, Does she have a question or what? Why is she here?



Truly appalling the way we were treated! Never in my life did I anticipate to be racially discriminated against.



I strongly caution all to avoid K and K. There are plenty of places in the Mission which will do your tax returns and treat with you with respect!!
