They would not give you any support if they made a mistake. I tried to call them on the phone giving them details about an issue. They said they would look into things and call me back but they never did. In addition, they increased their fees almost every year with different excuses. I would rather do my own tax return with a tax program bought from Costco next time and stop being a long time client. I don't want to pay and keep checking every little things for them in the end.
