Provided by YPmobileI had a horrible experience with James Richardson. During our initial phone conversation he quoted me one price to do my taxes and said that my taxes would be completed within a week. Two weeks had passed and I didn't hear from him. I tried calling him & left numerous messages and he never returned any of my calls to give me an updated status of my tax return. When I finally got in touch with him after 3 weeks; he had tripled the preparation fee without notifying me that their would be an increase. I was not satisfied at all with the services rendered at James Richardson, CPA Inc
