Recently my wife and I had the good fortune of working with Realtor James Wavro & Co. I selected James from the three top Realty Companies in San Francisco, the ones which handle the most desirable properties. We were empty nesting in the home wed raised our two sons, rattling around a large space, decided to lease our beloved Alamo Square flat and downsize - but would require a dramatic renovation to do so. James assessed what needed to be done to bring our flat up to the standard all parties had in mind and aided us in creating a workable budget proportional to his estimate of our lease income potential. We were immediately impressed with James knowledge, experience, confidence and were most appreciative of his straight-forward manner. Over a two month period of renovation we got to know James better - his honesty, top notch work ethic, personal integrity, life long experience, guidance, accessibility, attention to detail, people skills and resources are second to none.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY GET ONE STAR FROM ME B.C. THE APT LAYOUT IS DOABLE, BUT THAT'S IT!!! THIS PLACE "REELS" YOU IN AND THEN CARES NOTHING FOR YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY. THE CRIME RATE HERE IS HORRIFYING AND THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE WITH THEIR TENANTS. THE ONLY THING THAT IS KEEPING THEM IN BUSINESS IS THAT NOONE HAS THE GUTS TO SAY HOW HORRIBLE THEY REALLY ARE. RAPES, CARJACKING, BURGLURY, ETC HAPPENS HERE. IT TAKES MAINTENANCE 2 DAYS TO EVEN GIVE YOU A CALL BACK AND THEN THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU WANT FIXED. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IT'S A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT WALKING OUTSIDE COULD GET YOU AND YOUR CHILD KILLED OR ROBBED AT GUN POINT. THERE IS ALOT OF DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON HERE. COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE BUT NO POSITIVE RESULTS. AND THEY DON'T EVEN AS MUCH AS SAY "I'M SORRY". PLEASE YIELD MY ADVICE(COMING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE) DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!

And they respect your busy scheduling and work to rent/lease the ideal home. Call them today!

Finding an apartment rental in San Francisco was really difficult until i met an agent from J.Wavro Associates. I spent a lot of time searching through craigslist and ran into a few agents who seemed questionable. Then i found Craig Berendt and he was very honest and accommodating. It was refreshing to have someone tell me the real deal about the apartments I was previewing. I would highly recommend contacting Craig or any of the other agents at J.Wavro if you need to find a nice apartment quick.
