I found Noel Koe Handyman after going down list of providers because we needed someone asap to do some odd jobs around the home. Most providers were either rude, unknowledgeable, or never returned my calls. Noel picked up right away, knowledgeable, and agreed to come the very next day. He showed up on time, had all the tools, and picked up the items I needed (such as caulking) so I didn't have to worry about providing anything.



He completed his work in the estimated time he indicated, helped with removing some heavy items I couldn't do, and answered all my questions about repairing and fixing other things around the home such as painting, patching, and plumbing. Unlike other handyman services, who demanded a minimum fee before coming out, he just gave me his rate and agreed to come out.



Noel is very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and does a variety of work! His rates were very reasonable as well and he can help pick up needed items if you do not have them or do not know what to get. We were very satisfied with the work he did and have already scheduled him to come out and do other work for us such as painting, repatching doors and walls, fixing plumbing in the bathroom, and light carpentry. We highly recommend him.
