Was using Yellowpages.com to locate a particular model of Panasonic video tape deck. It listed Video Brain Inc. as being one place who may carry the item I was looking for. When I called the "Video Brain" on the other end of the phone just cut me off mid sentence by abruptly saying in a rather rude manner, "We're a software company!" And bang, just hung up on without letting say a word. They could improve their public image by not letting Neanderthals answer their phones, but instead have people who are least considerate and courteous even if they are in a big hurry to get rid of you.
