Sub-par Crew

They're working on our buildings now, and the crew is a nightmare -- rude, sloppy and destructive. Complaints get an indifferent response from the foreman, and the crew speaks little English so I can't communicate directly. I've seen guys urinating on the property on two occasions! Unreal.
