Established in 1969, Cross Cultural Family Center Inc. provides child care and development services. Located in San Francisco, Calif., it provides opportunities for diverse groups of families and early childhood educators to address the developmental and educational needs of young children. The center teaches young children through play and provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. It emphasizes on health and nutrition of children and offers parent education, family support and mental health services for individuals and groups.
