The California Culinary Academy has been providing an array of culinary instruction for more than 25 years. Founded as one of the Western United States first culinary arts schools, California Culinary Academy is committed to providing programs and training in culinary arts, restaurant management and baking and pastry arts. The institution offers instruction in classical and contemporary techniques, as well as in educating the senses. In addition, California Culinary has partnered with Le Cordon Bleu, a culinary and hospitality training program, to provide enhanced culinary instruction. The institution is based in San Francisco a city that boasts one of the largest concentrations of restaurants and hotels in the U.S. and has two campuses with modern facilities.
