The California Culinary Academy has been providing an array of culinary instruction for more than 25 years. Founded as one of the Western United States first culinary arts schools, California Culinary Academy is committed to providing programs and training in culinary arts, restaurant management and baking and pastry arts. The institution offers instruction in classical and contemporary techniques, as well as in educating the senses.
