California Paking also owns Parking Control Service. Which goes around giving unsuspecting drivers fraudulent "parking tickets".California Parking is a private company owned by Richard Puccinelli. This company is totally unrelated to the government.They disguise these "parking tickets" to look like real parking ticket. DO NOT PAY FOR IT.They can not legally enforce parking tickets. The tickets will also NOT appear on your DMV record. DO NOT PAY.Parking Control Service is a civilian, just like you and I. I am sure you can't issue me a "parking ticket" right? If you received a "ticket" from Parking Control Service, do NOT pay for it.Watch out! If your ticket says Parking Control Service on it, it is a private company. Do NOT pay the bill.They can't do anything to you! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
