Took a pair of pants to get altered in the waist and hip and they did a good job. So I returned with 5 more pants to be done the exact same way, and the completely screwed up. I specifically told them how I would like it done and watched as they pinned the pants in the waist and hip. When I picked up my pants, they only did the waist which made all the fabric bunch up in the buttock area. I took them back to get fixed and spent 2 hours talking to them and getting it repinned. The tailor did a horrible job trying to fix them. All of my pants are still bunched up in the buttock or have weird puckers. They refused to reimburse me for ruining 5 pairs of pants! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
