I have rented office space from these people for many years. the owner a female stated she would give me a referral fee for renting other office space. I reffered my friends, they signed a lease and moved in. Then, she refused to pay my referal fee. She only paid it after I with held my rent for three months. They are bastards! dont work with them unless you want them to cheat you. Not in this country or any other country ( especially europe where I am from) will there be such liars and cheaters like these. whatever you agree with them, make sure you get it in writing.
