I heard about this shop from a friend. I am happy I found it too. I don’t have to buy a new one. Of course, it’s too expensive to buy brand new appliances.

What i love in this store is that you can get free appliances when ordering in bulk. Who would not like freebies?

Wow, I was really impressed how I got a same day an appointment on a Sat morning. I called on a Sat morning and Michael was here before 10AM. It is too bad I did not know about Absolute Appliance Repair sooner. Thanks for your honesty. From a SF residence.

I cannot stop laughing about these negative reviews. People are clueless about appliance repair. I am clueless too, which is why I used this company twice with excellent results, but I am not that clueless. Playing with circuit breakers? Do you really think repairman should be working on hot wires? If your circuit breakers were labeled then there'd be no need to play with them! And, whose fault is it that your answering machine does not have a power backup? Repair cost over what it takes to buy new? You did not know that it's often the case? Try calling Sears ;) Repairmen are like doctors - they don't know everything; it's all based on experience. Ever heard of second opinion? Do you get upset if doctor tells you he does not know what's wrong with you? Here is my experience (read it on Yelp and Yahoo Local): first time Sears refused to install washer/dryer but Michael did; second time GE did not have a reference about an error code but Michael told me over the phone. That's experience!

I had a problem with my refrigerator. I first called another company. The guy came over, spent almost an hour, could not figure out what the problem was, charged me $75 just for showing up, and left. Thinking that I'd have to replace my fridge, I decided to call one more place. That place was Absolute Appliance Repair. The guy came over pretty quickly and diagnosed the problem within five minutes. In another half an hour he was done. I was so happy. For about $150 I now have a refrigerator that is as good as new. Thank you, Absolute Appliance Repair, I will highly recommend you to all my friends.

Called this company and asked for a general estimate of repairing the stove-top burners ignitor. The gentlemen on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again! What is with this company!

The repairman was very abrupt, did not explain clearly the problem with my dishwasher, and erased all the messages on the phone machine when he played with the circuit breakers. He told me to call an electrician when the problem was with the dishwasher. Very bad experience.

The repair man was sleezy, offered to give an estimate, didn't even look at the machine and tried to rip me off with a repair price over what it cost to buy a new appliance, without even having inspected it to see what was wrong. Then charged me for the three minutes he was at the house and threatened me if I didn't pay him. These guys are not to be trusted in your home. Do not call them.
