I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. My file was pawned off from Raven to some low-brow accountant that seemingly avoided my phone calls at all cost. Getting any sort of update as to how things were going was like pulling teeth. I finally tried to end to non-sense this week by requesting all my documents & return for 2007 by this Friday, as I needed to present the later to a lone officer. Well, come Friday, no documents & NO TAX RETURN. No phone call, no e-mail what so ever to let me know that my return would not be completed by the requested & commonly AGREED deadline.



I AM TRYING TO BUY PROPERTY. I NEED MY TAX RETURNS TO GET A LOAN.



I gave their office FAIR WARNING that I needed these documents by today ABSOLUTELY. My 2007 tax-return process has taken over 6 MONTHS and is NOT EVEN COMPLETE. As of June 20 2008, I have not yet received any sort of document stating the amount of my return for 2007. Employees are either incompetent, lazy or BOTH. Working with Raven & Paul has been a highly stressful & miserable experience.

If they are understaffed or over-worked, may I suggest that they do NOT take on new clients. I surely will NOT be recommending Raven Paul & Company to anyone, except my worst enemy.
