It has been at least 40 days since we have submitted our Maintenance Request Forms and there has been unquestionably no communication from management or maintenance at this time. We reported that we have a leaky shower faucet and nothing has been ensured so far. We additionally informed management that a toilet paper holder was not present and that we were in need of one. Weeks went by with no word and we finally had to walk down to the Leasing Office to advise management about the holder yet again, which at that time, we were able to attain one.

Upon entering the premises for the first time, after all maintenance should have been completed and the apartment cleaned, we realized that the unit was still in need of repairs and was absolutely filthy. It was necessary for us to spend the first two full days cleaning the entire unit to attain suitable living conditions. There was garbage and debris left behind in every single cabinet and closet. To make matters worse, everything was spray painted over, so it was clear that there was not even an attempt to clean the unit, but to mask over the filth with paint. The carpet throughout the unit was definitely not vacuumed and the bathroom was left in unsanitary conditions with pubic hair and urine all around the toilet. The windows were disgusting with dead bugs and dirt layered all along the borders.
