I talked to the owner, Chris who guaranteed the lowest rates for any hotel I choose over the dates I needed for my group and there service was FREE!! I was in a bind because our basketball team needed rooms and it was over the Final Four basketball tournament (which we were not competing in). They found rooms at several hotels and the rates were amazing. They did all the legwork that I would normally have to do as the teams travel secretary, then presented me with options. Once I picked the hotel, they not only took care of getting the contract in my name and done correctly to our billing parameters, they also negotiated the rate down another $5.00 from what they had already quoted us !I would recommend them to any group that needs rooms in any city.
