Tom R was very helpful and accommodating with our purchase of wood flooring. He was understanding of my chemical/smell sensitivities and suggested a bamboo product that I might better tolerate due to the organic process used to create the boards. The price was very reasonable for such a beautiful, durable wood product especially with the discount being offered (carbonized bamboo in the darker shade called Bora). When laid, it has less variation than expected and blends into the darker color. During our remodel, we found a problem with our subfloors (cracked concrete) which required dealing with an HOA for repairs. Tom R was able to accommodate us and worked with us on our delivery and installation date with R H Flooring (Errol). He also accomodated some changes we made just before install. We couldn't ask for better customer service than we received with Tom R and he's a very pleasant person. He puts integrity and caring about the customer back into the sales experience.
