They bought a new territory, meaning there was absolutely no book of business or existing employees. They built everything from scratch, and the first six months of the business was operated out of Bens house in South Park, a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a 1 car garage, with Ben and Jordan doing all of the production work, and one employee in the office working from the kitchen table. That Office Manager is still with us today. We now have over 25 employees, and no longer work from a small home in South Park, but a spacious office and warehouse in central San Diego. Our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also perform mold remediation and biohazard cleanup services. We are on nearly 40 insurance preferred vendor programs, have steady commercial work including medical facilities, hotels and motels, HOAs, and more. We attribute our growth to always doing the right thing, placing the customer first, and having open and honest communication in every dealing and interaction we have.
