I was evacuated durring the Witch Creek fire in October of 2007, when I returned home (after a week) I had ash and smoke damage to my home. I imediately called Service Master, as I new they were going to be very busy. I scheduled my apointment for Sunday the 28th, they called back and moved me up to Saturday the 26th. This was great, as I had my in-laws in town who had been held up at a friends for 3 days, due to the fires. Saturday came around and Service Master no showed me (no call either). I called back and they explained they would squeeze me in on Sunday, that there must have been a miss-communication. Sunday came around and guess what... No Service Master again. This is just unexceptable, I sincerly hope that no other fire victims were treated like I was. I would not reccommend this company to anyone (or this franchise branch). It is hard enough being displaced for a week, returning to a home that smells like smoke, you can barely breath and the place is covered in ash, and you are unable to clean because you have no water. Way to go Service Master!!!!
