Only the areas by the office are kept up. Mold in windows. Unprofessional employees. Very poor quality of work in the units and the maintenance staff. Management company very unpersonable. The company bullies people and lies to scare you into moving out. They allow the vendors to scavenge in the dumpsters. not worth the money.

This place is so awful! I don't even know where to start. I lived here for 5 days and broke my lease it was so bad. Do not be fooled by the charming exteriors. It is a disgusting foul mess inside. I moved in to a unit with dirty carpets, a clogged sink, no running hot water, a broken towel rack, broken blinds, fungal stains throughout the bathroom, sticky cabinets, spiders and spiderwebs. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! Save your money and go elsewhere, unless you want to end up sick like I did and stuck with the medical bills and moving expenses.
