After I’d dropped the key fob a couple of times, it had started to malfunction at times. I had to press the button four or five times before the car unlocked. I knew it was trouble, and I knew it would eventually give away. Called San Diego Lock & Locksmith for a replacement and they sent Ed. Though I’d asked for a replacement, Ed insisted on fixing the key fob. It took him some five minutes to fix the loose wiring within. Ed could have easily replaced the key fob and made more money out of it, but he didn’t.

I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop whod sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician whod sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called San Diego Lock & Locksmith, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why Id do well with a deadbolt!After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. Thats some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in San Diego, CA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: San Diego Lock & Locksmith.
