The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. I then contacted this firm through their and within minutes I was requested to send a picture of the lock. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted. Thank you so much for going the lengths to procure the lock I needed! The level of dedication shown by San Diego Emergency Locksmith is truly commendable. I’m definitely hiring them again! Highly recommend to all in San Diego!!!

The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called San Diego Emergency Locksmith to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, realigned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. If anyone asks me for a recommendation on locksmiths from San Diego, CA, I’ll always tell them to take a look and call them. Hands down, San Diego Emergency Locksmith is the BEST. I give them five stars!

Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in San Diego, CA 92116. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Their website had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. Its only a temporary fix. Gary from San Diego Emergency Locksmith clearly told me that the lock Id purchased from the hardware store wasnt the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock. For now, its operational, thanks to Gary. Planning on buying a new, high-quality lock from them the next month after my paycheck arrives. I cant recommend them enough. I called San Diego Emergency Locksmith up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. Solid guys. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and we wanted a high security lock installed. They got it done right away, even though they didn't have the part, they went to get it, came back the SAME DAY and finished the installation. These guys stand behind their work which is always a mark of quality. Avi literally said to me "I'm not leaving until you're happy with this." You can't get any better.

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home."
