The absolute worst customer service!!! The item I ordered was not a correct fit for my car even though I was told it would be. I was asked to return the item along with my old one and was told they could make me the correct fit using mine as a template in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later I called for an up date and was told it would be another two weeks. By now I have over a month wrapped up into there mistake. Two weeks later still no parts, another call resulted in me being told it would be another two to three weeks because they had people ahead of me. So, even though I sent them correct parts to UPDATE there catalog, wait over two months, let them use my parts so they can have correct parts to offer customers. I had to cancel my order. This is a really bad way to treat customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.
