Randy does top quality work and is in high demand. He stays true to his estimates and completes his work on time. He has done big jobs for me like painting the interior and exterior of my home and he has come to my home as an emergency to reattach my gas oven with a new line after SDG&E capped it due to a leak. He has worked for me numerous times over the past 18 to 20 years. He built my gates, insulated and drywalled my garage... The list goes on. I highly recommend him.

Randy was very unprofessional. He claims to be a church going member of society, but his actions tell a different story. He overcharged a poor old lady for shoddy work that would not pass inspection. The only reason he is still in business is the fact that he inherited a contract for R.A.Snyder property management. It doesn't matter how many jobs he screws up, because there are always new renters to screw over. Two thumbs down.
