My experience with ARS began with Chanda, a sales rep at Home Depot. I had several questions about her $49 special that she initially could not answer. I returned to the store several days later and to my amazement, Chanda had the answers. My positive experience continued with Caty and Katy (sp), the ladies who called to follow-up on my scheduled appointment. They made sure that I knew their technician was running a little behind schedule. When Eric arrived, I was blown away with his job knowledge and professionalism. Eric's multi-point inspection of my Trane air conditioner was more than I expected. In a day of fast talk and under-deliver, my ARS experience restored my faith in customer service. Tech Ryan very professional and good info. was on time and explained everything. I would recommend this company and the service they provide.

Eric came to maintain our heating system. He was prompt, very polite and extremely helpful. Not only did he service our heating system but he also pointed out to us an upgrade that we needed to make our system operate more efficiently. On his recommendation, we had the active tech air scrubber installed. We were very happy with the service Eric provided and we would like to have him come back to service our system next year.
