Read the reviews! It is unanimous that they have an inconsiderate, self serving attitude here and could care less. I would actually describe Shane as heartless based on my experience and he's also quite FAKE in his attempts to ACT sorry. You'd have to be born yesterday to believe it.

Furthermore, "sorry" doesn't cut it after all this (and an apology was never voluntarily initiated, only said in appeasement, after I confronted his behavior the next day and spoke of his lack of empathy and its cost to my health in the form of extreme pain. I think we'd all agree that a caring staff doesn't cause injurious suffering when not only could he, (Shane) but SHOULD he, have kept the promise I was given (their policy) for the use of free carts.



Anyway, here is my review posted several places:



Horrible staff, unprofessional to the max and heartless. Not only do they not honor the "free carts" when it's not convenient and majorly shaft customers, they also don't know the property.



Waste of time. I originally went to Morena's storage and was impressed by their nearly all FIVE STAR REVIEWS, (and they actually HELP you move!) etc but I missed their deadline, unfortunately. I should have waited! I did not have time to read Price location's reviews (which I usually always do before patronizing a business), but have since and see why they are so low. Shane was so inconsiderate to me knowing I have some health issues and needed that cart (after he screwed up so many times, I ran out of the time I had allocated), one would think he would have bent over backward fixing his errors, but instead, he had the empathy of a flea.



Even though I was promised the use of free carts by staff (and their policy for everyone), after him using up my time, he then refused to get a token so that I had to move all my stuff (like 50 trips!!!!) without ANY cart whatsoever. I was so exhausted (have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) that I was running into walls and almost passed out several times. My back has hurt so much, too. Now I am due to go find a chiropractor.

WAY TO MAKE IT EASY and CONVENIENT for your customers.



FYI, I had never originally packed my truck with my belongings for this cross country move. A friend had. I was in no position to have had to do that.

Price Storage changed that though and put me in a compromised position. One based on their deception, carelessness and lack of professionalism.



There is also a gross dead animal smell in the "I" building and I heard a lot of movement nearby in shut units and I believe people or animals are staying in there and not only is it a potential health hazard, if so, (as other reviewers mentioned) but it's also so unprofessional!
