The technical rep, Felix, was outstanding. He was a real professional and knew how to fix the microwave problem by testing all the parts, and giving an accurate estimate for repair. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed in 24 hours. He was very professional. As long as Felix is with Premier, we will request his services. We are very satisfied with Premier!
