Anna Branch was recommended to me by a SKLAR Center for Restorative Medicine doctor because Dr. Bredesen has identified 36 variables in 3 different categories as the source of the cognitive decline, one of which is mycotoxin insult to the brain, and I am a tradesman who wanted what I wanted, not the typical analysis and procedures. I had, prior to contacting Anna, sent in samples to a lab and received the ERMI report back and it indicated an issue with some mold categories related to cognitive decline. I called Dr. Nicole who had referred me to Annar after my initial phone conversation with her and thanked Dr. Nicole because I was very pleased with our first phone discussion. She asked me for the original report that I had done, my goal in engaging her and a scope of analysis that I wanted her to perform. My high expectations were exceeded and I will refer her to any of my contacts if the need for her services arises. She is very conscientious, patient and through in explaining procedures, analysis results and even has her own program which is in progress to better meet the needs of her clients. I called Dr. Nicole after receiving the final report and let her know that Anna had exceeded my high expectations. I will be having her follow up with me with regards to some ideas for equipment and to confirm the work which I will be doing. I had already started prior to engaging Anna and stopped so that I could compare what the results for my work to the date of her inspection were compared to the ERMI I had had received prior to engaging her. She is very good and open to the needs of the client

Anna was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment immediately and the technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. A detailed report was provided and explained within hours of inspection. Highly recommend.

I had to switch my appointment a couple times and they where very accommodating with helping me find a time that work with my busy schedule. The technician was on time, professional and listen to my concerns. He even offered my some water and was his day off when he did the test. Also I had to call the office several times on the test results each time they where very curtsies and professional.

We used Precision Mold Testing when we were buying an older 4-plex near the ocean. Ken the owner was very helpful explaining the process. They were very accommodating on times for testing, and returned the report within a day of the inspection. Roger was our inspector, he was very thorough and even though we had no areas of concern he pointed out areas where we should monitor, which is very helpful - an ounce of prevention... Anyway we own several residences and apartments and we are so happy to have someone reliable and honest to work with. We highly recommend this company!
