Started the day out out by going in the shop checking in buying a new reel one of the people I went on the boat with opened it and left the box behind and must have got tossed out so we go out on our boat the mission belle awesome crew and captain thanks again for the trip we were on the fish and had a great time but as I get on the boat to use my brand new reel it was defected when sold to me I had just but 245 yards of my own line on and had to throw that out and when I get back into the harbor at the docks the reel manager the black gentleman in there told me I could not have a refund even though I had a receipt and everything it came with without the box and was very rude and other employees watching inside the store thought it was also a joke very unprofessional shop and plus he had just gave cash back to a man that walked in and returned a jig without a box just wanted to put it out there that the was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had .

Did a pre wedding party for my groomsmen on a day trip and had a blast. We did the morning trip and had everyone caught something out in the kelp belts. I would definitely recommend this.
