I always get my car batteries here. I refuse to let anyone else replace it. They have a great selection and I can rely on the right brand, etc. that I need. The staff is always helpful and are accurate with any trade-in credits, etc.

The Worse service I've ever received. I dropped my car off at 4 pm. It is now 8:16 pm and they are just now telling me that they could not get to my car (or hadnt bothered). Total waste of time to fix a problem they created in the first place.

I've had my car serviced at this Pep Boys for the last 2 and 1/2 years. They have never tried to shoot any angles against me. Over time, I find that they actually cut me discounts on standard fees that most establishments would typically charge me for. I've had breaks fixed, alignment adjustments, belts replaced, a mirror replaced, and even a new set of tires installed. What these folks might lack for in charm they more then make up for in service. 3.5 stars is an accurate rating for these guys, but I'll round up to 4.

I do not recommend getting your car serviced by Pep Boys store #0978 on Genesee Ave in the 92117 zip code! They claimed to have fixed my car when they didn't move it out of the parking spot. Also tried to charge me for a service they didn't do. Poor customer service and the manager was of no help.
