Kamyar Zarrabi has been crafting one of a kind custom pieces for more than 30 years. He started his career at California Lapidary, learning as much as he could from his father, also a master jeweler and custom designer. After several years he decided to become a private contract jeweler to further sharpen his skills by getting as much experience as possible. Throughout his career in the jewelry business, Kamyar has perfected many of the complex tasks of the jewelry trade, allowing him to take on even the most grandiose projects and designs. After many years of successful custom design, including projects for well-known names such as Gladys Knight and Phil Mickelson, Kamyar decided to open his own business in Rancho Bernardo; KZ Jewelry Designs. Whether you're starting with a blank canvas or you have a specific design in mind, Kamyar will work clearly and precisely to ensure every detail is to your satisfaction.

Rose Zarrabi is a seasoned professional in jewelry sales and has a special talent for knowing exactly what's trending in today's jewelry industry. Rose has been in the sales field for over 30 years. She has worked at several high end retailers before she and Kamyar made the decision to open KZ Jewelry Designs. Rose has a knack for diamond and is especially talented when it comes to engagement and wedding rings; she knows how to combine the most popular settings and cuts while maintaining the originality and personality of each couple she works with.
